Project to demolish former industrial units in town centre location and construct 6 new apartments with associated parking. Site was acquired with an existing planning consent which required alteration, complex party wall awards and sensitive negotiations with holder of a right of way before development could be commenced. The completed apartments have been retained as an investment.

Building close to town centre acquired at auction. Five existing apartments, four of which were refurbished while one was split to create two flats. All six flats now let on assured shorthand tenancies.

Conversion and refurbishment of existing mixed retail and office building in town centre to create 5 new flats and 3 shops. Carried out through Vineyard Street LLP and now retained by the partnership as an ongoing investment.
